THERM TECH® warranties panel radiators and towel warmers to the original purchaser for five (5) years. Warranty is limited to the product being free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and when properly installed and maintained.

Installation must be done by a professional heating contractor, knowledgeable in the installation of heating systems and/or components, per Thermo Tech® installation manual.

This warranty does not cover workmanship of installer.

All merchandise returned for warranty consideration must be accompanied by a warranty return authorization. Each unit will be factory tested before warranty is allowed. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be denied. Thermo Tech® reserves the right at it’s option, to replace or repair any product determined to be defective.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, that extend beyond this warranty description.
